the room was well-organised and nicely updated, and it had a coffeemaker and a heating system that were useful. the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom was fairly clean. the hotel has lovely location really close to freeport outlets, the art museum at bowdoin, and the beach. also, it was at a walking distance from niagara golf trail.

The staff was friendly.
Staff was smoking outside the main entrancem which was not welcoming. The main entrance could have been cleaned up of cigarette butts and made ore attractive with flowers/landscaping.

Location Simplicity Environmentally friendly (not wasting linens,etc.) Refrigerator in room. Free cable Two beds in a room. Friendly and accomodating staff at hotel.
Lukewarm shower on Sunday morning 9/2/2012 but I think everyone was taking a shower at the same time as there were a lot of checkouts before we checked out. My sister-in-law was across the hall and said she also had a lukewarm shower. But we are also energy conscious, and didn't feel it was a problem. We've stayed there many times (once or twice a year for a few years) and my husband, Christian, prefers staying at Days Inn in Brunswick.

The room was spacious and clean, a nice surprise. The bed was super comfy, and I didn't hear much noise from other guests at all. There was some nice modern decor, and a huge ocean photo on the wall added a nice touch. It felt cute, and the staff were friendly too. The amenities like the coffee machine and fridge were a nice bonus, even if I didn't use them. A solid stay.
